Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Clear Er, a leading distributed energy company in the renewable energy and power generation sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanical engineer who is keen on training and would like to get into the power generation sector. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and commissioning CHP's, Gas Engines, and renewable energy systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CHP's, Gas Engines, and renewable energy systems
  2. Conduct electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
  3. Provide excellent customer service and support
  4. Work Monday to Friday, covering a regional patch
  5. Enjoy industry-leading overtime rates of pay
  6. Receive industry-leading training and development opportunities
Requirements
  1. Previous experience as a Service Engineer or similar within engineering
  2. Mechanical engine knowledge and qualifications or time served
  3. Electrical or mechanical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent)
