Experienced Tradesperson

Job Overview
Gleeson Homes is seeking a skilled and versatile tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks as required by the Site Manager, ensuring that all duties are completed safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
The job involves working in a fast-paced environment, servicing the needs of the development and responding to instructions from the Site Manager. Tasks may include assisting with unloading deliveries, maintaining site facilities, clearing properties, and storing materials. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reporting any damage to materials or substandard workmanship by sub-contractors.

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with previous labouring experience and up-to-date relevant industry knowledge. A multi-trade skillset and self-motivation are essential, as well as flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands. Reliable and able to work independently, the ideal candidate will also hold an in-date CSCS card. Additional training requirements may arise, and we encourage applicants to attend any necessary courses.
