Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent qualification
  • NEC3/NEC4 Contract experience
  • Worked on large structures/civils, highways projects with a value of over £60 million
  • Enrolled in, or seeking membership of, a relevant professional institution (CICES, RICS or similar)

Additionally, you should have a track record of delivering positive commercial outcomes, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
