About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Card Factory. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Process sales efficiently and accurately, while upselling on till products
- Price and merchandise stock and products correctly
- Work with the team to unload and unpack deliveries
- Assist with stock takes, which may include working outside of store hours
