About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trade Counter Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
- Product Knowledge: Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our company values.
- Order Processing: Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Branch Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy branch to make a great first impression on our customers.
- Stock Management: Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
