Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our team in Gerrards Cross. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing tax planning and advisory services to our clients, as well as managing a team of tax staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, including tax planning for a range of differing clients, R&D tax planning, and corporate tax restructuring and due diligence.
  • Manage a team of tax staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their tax needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring our clients are compliant and taking advantage of available tax savings.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as audit and accounting, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Studying towards or qualified in ATT/CTA.
  • Previous experience within corporate tax, preferably handling some advisory work.
  • Experience within a practice environment.
  • Live within a commutable distance to Gerrards Cross.
