Job Title: Early Years SENCo

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years SENCo to join our team at Pegasus Primary School. As a key member of our SEN team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that children with special educational needs receive the support and resources they need to thrive.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for identifying and assessing special educational needs.
  • Coordinating the provision of support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities in the Early Years.
  • Liaising closely with parents, outside agencies, and other professionals to ensure that the needs of pupils with special educational needs and disabilities are met.
  • Providing professional training and guidance to colleagues, working closely with all staff.
