About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Public Sector Operations Lead to join our Streets Management Team in the UK and Ireland. In this role, you will oversee operational delivery, resource management, and team engagement to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve project delivery, quality, and safety.
- Manage team resources, ensuring the right skills and expertise are allocated to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions and overseas to maintain a steady workflow and provide excellent client service.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in public sector operations, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary range of £100,000 - £160,000 per annum, based on experience.
