Head of Logistics Operations

Cubis Systems is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics to lead our logistics operations across all our sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an outbound freight strategy that meets customer requirements and demands across IPE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a logistics strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize logistics processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
