About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Student to join our team as a Pharmacy Assistant in the {Branch Name} branch.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the delivery of pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate
  • Establish relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in all branch processes
  • Be an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy, serving the community and interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis

Requirements

  • Studying towards obtaining a Mpharm Degree
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
  • Understanding of confidentiality
  • Able to demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Ability to work to deadlines

Desirable Qualifications

  • Customer Service Training

Working Hours

7 hours per week, including Saturdays
