Sales and Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a self-employed individual, you will have the opportunity to earn an estimated £75k-100k (OTE) per annum, with uncapped earning potential.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, who is confident in dealing with customers at a senior level. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to varied workloads and working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- FOLLOW UP ON WARM SALES LEADS: Visit customers in their own homes or utilize our new remote selling framework to convert quotes to sales
- PERSUASIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PITCHES: Educate customers about products and services, thinking on your feet and cross-selling where appropriate
- DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE: Work with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time
