Product Specialist Business Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in a Product Specialist role. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed gap analysis, gathering and documenting requirements, and leading working groups to gather information.

About the Role: As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with SMEs across relevant businesses and functions to develop a thorough understanding of the product offering. You will also collaborate with Technology teams to implement related WM and non-wealth systems change associated with onboarding and decommissioning of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed gap analysis of product offerings between two existing businesses, including comparative analysis of similar services.
  • Gather and document requirements, working closely with SMEs across relevant businesses and functions to develop a thorough understanding of the product offering.
  • Lead working groups and workshops with key SMEs and stakeholders across teams, functions, divisions, and workstreams to gather information.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams to implement related WM and non-wealth systems change associated with onboarding and decommissioning of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Wealth Management / Private banking experience (preferred)
  • Strong experience on mid-large scale projects/initiatives and implementations at multinational financial institutions
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall etc)
