Job Summary:

WorkForce Software is a leading provider of workforce management solutions with integrated employee experience capabilities. We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure the WorkForce Software Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools.
  • Understand project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects.
  • Continuously improve WorkForce Software Product solution skills by staying updated with the latest WorkForce Management Software enhancements.
  • Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges.
  • Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills.
  • Perform unit and system testing of configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements.
  • Provide status updates with Project Managers, customers, and stakeholders on project status.
  • Assist customers with software testing along with roll out and go-live activities such as data loads and system initialization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience and demonstrated knowledge of SQL and writing simple to moderate queries.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience and demonstrated knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools.
  • Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management, considered a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degrees in Business Administration, MIS, or Computer Science strongly preferred.
