We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £16.50 per hour, paid for the full hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. You will also receive a travel allowance of £13.50 per hour, plus mileage, to ensure you are fairly compensated for your time spent traveling between clients.

Job Description

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. This may include assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship. We prioritize building strong relationships with our clients, so you will have the opportunity to get to know them and tailor your care approach to meet their individual needs.

You will work closely with our Registered Nurse, Dinah, who will provide you with comprehensive training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, and companionship
  • Building strong relationships with clients and tailoring care approaches to meet their individual needs
  • Working collaboratively with our Registered Nurse and other members of the care team
