Business Support Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our Service team in Keighley.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our Lifts, Escalators and Doors business, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records in SAP, ensuring timely communication with engineers and customers.
  • Process insurance claims and create jobs for immediate defects, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate document management, including copying and distribution.
  • Verify Not-On-Contract (NOC) cases, ensuring correct customer charges.
  • Process requisitions for cost centers, tools, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Manage customer reports and portals, ensuring timely updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to internal teams, including ASM's, engineers, and sales teams.
  • Book doors orders and perform ad hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service, office, or administrative experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and resolve queries.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce (training will be provided).
