Post Room Assistant Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Post Room Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing mailroom operations, ensuring timely delivery of all incoming and outgoing mail, and providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
">Key Accountabilities:
- Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Enter data accurately into company systems, maintaining up-to-date records of mail tracking and client information.
- Liaise with departments to ensure smooth processing of all mailroom tasks and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of mailroom supplies, ordering replacements as necessary.
- Operate mailroom equipment, manage filing and organization, and perform other general duties as required.
Working Hours: Full-time, permanent position, 35 hours per week. Salary: £22,000 per annum. Based on location and industry standards.
