Mechanical Engineering Development Programme

As a member of our Engineering Graduate Development Scheme, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment, driving the development of our equipment and machinery. You will support the ongoing maintenance of our production systems and assist in the project management of diverse initiatives across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance of production systems
- Assist in project management of diverse initiatives
- Participate in equipment design and selection processes
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand project scope and timelines
- Engage in budgeting and financial tracking for ongoing projects
- Provide regular feedback and updates to the project management team
Requirements
For this role, we are looking for hardworking and ambitious graduates with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering. You must be mobile and willing to travel throughout the programme to undertake development activities at any of our sites in the UK and Ireland.
