Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team at The Home Agency. As a key member of our Client Experience team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of accounts, ensuring administrative procedures are followed, and projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Support: Provide support to the Client Experience team in managing client relationships, attending meetings, taking minutes, and writing contact reports as needed.
  • Status Reporting: Update and distribute weekly status reports to keep clients informed about project progress.
  • Creative Briefs: Gather information for creative briefs and supply written briefs for supplier quotes.
  • Finance Management: Maintain accurate records and follow finance processes to ensure timely payment and billing.
