Rapid Response Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Rapid Response Team Member to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. This role involves providing exceptional care and support to adults in their own homes, working collaboratively with the Rapid Response & Intermediate Care Team.

This part-time position offers 29.5 hours per week, including varied shift patterns and potential split shifts. You will be required to work 7 days a week, including weekends, with working hours between 8am-9pm. The estimated salary range for this role is £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare or social care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid driving licence and reliable transportation are also necessary for this position.
