Homecare Professional

We are recruiting for a Homecare Professional to join our care team at Orchard Care Homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As a Homecare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver person-centred care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
2. Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
3. Support residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation and serving.
4. Contribute to the creation of a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Salary: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour.

Requirements:

• National Minimum Wage entitlement.
• Qualifications in health and social care (e.g. NVQ Level 2). Equivalent qualifications or relevant experience may also be considered.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
