We are recruiting for a Homecare Professional to join our care team at Orchard Care Homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
As a Homecare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation and serving.
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and welcoming environment for residents.
Salary: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour.

Requirements:
- National Minimum Wage entitlement.
- Qualifications in health and social care (e.g. NVQ Level 2). Equivalent qualifications or relevant experience may also be considered.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
