Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Co-ordinator /Internal account manager to join our team at Arcadia Branded Merchandise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing new and existing customers, generating presentations, and progressing orders from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for customers
- Liaise with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop and present sales ideas to customers
- Progress orders from quotation to delivery
- Arrange logistics and coordinate product visuals
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Update customer CRM records
- Proactively contact customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of administration experience
- Ability to learn and progress further
- Excellent team player with strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain customer and colleague relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to multitask under pressure
