Job Description

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to lead our Repair business across the south west of England, covering cities such as Bristol, Bournemouth, and Cardiff.

This role will involve:

  • Developing and managing a plan to deliver on monthly targets in line with Company repair processes
  • Ensuring works surveys are carried out in a timely manner and planning activities with customer representatives
  • Optimizing opportunities for additions to contract with regard to cost and time
  • Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard to customers' satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities for field and process efficiency by regularly monitoring and reviewing KPIs, material spend, and labour hours
  • Ensuring monthly margin, volume, and efficiency targets are achieved on repair works
  • Providing accurate forecasting using the monthly repair planner
  • Recruiting, managing, and leading the Repair team to improve overall performance levels and develop necessary talent
  • Assessing the team's skills and driving improvement to close skill gaps

Requirements

  • The ability to over-perform and demonstrate leadership skills required to develop the repair team
  • A solid understanding of commercial awareness and P&L management
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, and project management
  • A track record of successfully managing field-based engineers
