Warehouse Administrator Job Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our clients busy stores/warehouse department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team under the supervision of the Stores Manager.
  • Print despatch notes and record materials/parts into the Sage system.
  • Liaise with other departments upon the arrival of materials/parts.
  • Manage despatch schedules and handle sales invoicing.
  • Arrange goods collection via transport portals.
  • Transfer stock between warehouses and vans.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as raising forms for duplicated orders/customer returns.
  • Compile data and prepare reports, along with completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Assist with general admin duties and support warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • Ideally used to a fast-paced warehouse/stores environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in IT with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and maintain punctuality.
