Rehabilitation and Recovery Expert

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a specialist neurological rehabilitation setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with patients who have suffered from strokes and other neurological conditions, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions.
• Work collaboratively with the MDT to ensure seamless care and discharge planning.
• Supervise and appraise rehabilitation assistants to ensure effective delivery of care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Band 5/6 Occupational Therapist in a neurological rehabilitation setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary: £42,000 - £65,000 per annum.
