Job Title: Community Development Liaison

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Community Development Liaison to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, 35 hours per week position with a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop strong relationships with residents and provide a trusted point of contact for resolving their needs.
  • To assess and understand the ongoing presenting and contextual needs of residents and properties, and identify patterns of demand.
  • To work collaboratively with other services both internally and externally to meet resident needs and build community resilience.
Requirements:
  • Able to listen and understand resident demands, and build capabilities to encourage tenants to reach their own solutions.
  • Able to use initiative to meet resident demands creatively and innovatively, exploring possibilities for improvement and more effective delivery.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per year.
  • A 35 hour working week, from 09:00am to 17:00pm.
