About the Job:
This is a unique opportunity to work on large-scale residential development projects in London. You will be part of a reputable developer's team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects. Your expertise in project planning, coordination, and management will be essential in achieving project goals. The role involves developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, coordinating with trade contractors, clients, and consultants, identifying and mitigating potential schedule impacts, conducting planning and scheduling studies, determining project manpower requirements, defining and monitoring interfaces between trade packages, providing planning information for project reports, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules
  • Coordinating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mitigating potential schedule impacts
  • Conducting planning and scheduling studies
  • Determining project manpower requirements
  • Defining and monitoring interfaces between trade packages
  • Providing planning information for project reports
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a technical qualification in architecture, engineering, or building, relevant professional qualification, planning experience in fast-track construction, knowledge of architectural and services trades, experience in residential fit-out and commissioning works, familiarity with modern planning techniques and software, understanding of Construction Management philosophy and procurement process, excellent communication and organisational skills, self-management, initiative, ability to think analytically, and experience of document management software is desirable.
