About the Role:

The successful candidate will support students with ASD, SEMH, learning disabilities, or Educational Health and Care Plans (EHCP) in a supportive federation that aims to develop self-esteem, achieve personal targets, and cultivate enthusiasm for learning.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Students with Diverse Needs: Adapting your approach to meet individual requirements
  • Employ Effective Behavior Management Techniques: Ensuring a positive learning environment

What We Offer:
