We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a NHS Prison setting in Leyland. This is a Band 5 position that requires a commitment of 3 shifts a week, with the option to work up to 5 shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medicines and complex dose regimes, supervising and training new starters, and participating in the accuracy checking process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medicines and complex dose regimes
• Supervise and train new starters, apprentices, assistants, and qualified technicians
• Participate in the accuracy checking process

Requirements:

• Band 5 Pharmacy Technician qualification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
