EPR Transformation and Adoption Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team as a key member of the EPR Transformation and Adoption Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a critical role in delivering this high-profile programme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the allocated workstream and associated sub-projects, managing complex environments and relationships within the Trusts, and ensuring that the programme is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the EPR programme in leading the allocated workstream and associated sub-projects.
- Manage the complex environments and relationships within the Trusts.
- Monitor programme compliance delivery, ensuring that subprojects are delivered on time and within budget.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant senior experience in project/programme management delivery with evidence of leading and managing improvement projects in the NHS.
- Management at a senior level where change management skills have been required within the post.
- Negotiating skills to encourage collaborative working across different agencies to improve services.
- Organisational and project management skills, with the ability to influence and build positive and productive relationships at all levels.
We offer a competitive salary of £243 per day (Inside IR35) and the opportunity to work on a high-impact programme that will make a real difference to patients and healthcare providers.
