Debt Resolution Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Resolution Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt resolution cases, communicating with customers, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for debt resolution.
  • Communicating with customers to discuss their account status and provide guidance on debt repayment options.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex debt resolution cases.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be proactive and adaptable, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
