About the Role

We are seeking an outstanding English Teacher to join our faculty, who shares our passion for education and our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Teaching English to students from Year 7 to Sixth Form, utilising innovative approaches and technologies to engage learners.
  2. Mentoring and guiding colleagues, contributing to the development of curriculum content and assessments.
  3. Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to whole-school initiatives, enhancing the student experience.
Requirements
  • A strong educational background, with a degree in English Literature or a related field, and a PGCE or equivalent qualification.
  • A proven track record of teaching English to students of varying abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
Salary and Benefits
  • A highly competitive salary, estimated to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
