About the Programme

Our comprehensive training programme provides you with exposure to a wide range of property types and scenarios, ensuring you're well-prepared for a successful career as a residential surveyor. You'll benefit from an established mentoring scheme, expert guidance, and a supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For
  • A strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
