Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the management of repeat, refreshed, and made-to-order product lines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications by working closely with global suppliers.
  • Create and manage critical paths tailored to customer and business requirements, optimizing resource allocation to meet optimal performance levels.
  • Negotiate product costs with suppliers to secure the best prices and maximize profit margins.
  • Select suitable factories for specific product lines, leveraging expertise in production lifecycle management.
  • Brief design teams on artwork updates and ensure accurate changes are implemented.
  • Review and approve final artwork before submission to factories, ensuring consistency across the process.
  • Coordinate inspection and approval of samples, components, and cutter guides.
  • Collaborate with account managers, product developers, and logistics teams to resolve product-related issues efficiently.
  • Identify and implement sustainable solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Update and approve product specification sheets, maintaining accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  • Attend regular production meetings to maintain consistency across the production process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in product coordination, production, buying, supply chain, or operations roles with a strong understanding of the production lifecycle.
  • Experience working with overseas suppliers and product portals is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and critical path creation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive and proactive approach with strong relationship-building skills across departments.
  • Possession of a passion for product development and a commitment to working with a successful and dynamic team.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
