This permanent role offers a unique opportunity to start a rewarding career in dental nursing while earning a salary. As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will work alongside experienced professionals, assisting in various NHS and private dental procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists in chairside support, ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and materials.
- Provide support and assistance to patients, adhering to practice health and safety protocols.
- Maintain clinical areas, equipment, and instruments in a clean and disinfected state.
- Accurately complete patient clinical records and daily, weekly, and monthly logs.
Training and Development
Rodericks Dental Partners will support you in achieving a Dental Nursing Qualification (Level 3). This will include on-the-job training, online learning, face-to-face sessions, and completion of a record of experience.
Requirements
- Dedication to starting a career in dental nursing.
- Ability to commit to a 12-month+ training program.
- Comfort working in a clinical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
