This exciting opportunity is for a Clinical Care Group Manager to join our senior management team within the Medicine Division. The successful candidate will possess leadership and management experience at a senior level in a complex healthcare setting, with a proven track record of delivering strategic and operational priorities.

The Clinical Care Group Manager will provide managerial leadership as part of a triumvirate, working collaboratively across the health and care system to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. A working knowledge of clinical services, service planning, and performance management against local and national priorities is essential.

The role involves working closely with the senior team in the Medicine Division, including the Associate Director for Medicine, Associate Medical Director, and Associate Nurse Director. The successful candidate will also work across Ninewells Hospital and Perth Royal Infirmary, with a minimum of 2 days per week in Perth Royal Infirmary.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager with Acute Services experience to work within Unscheduled Medicine. The successful candidate will be expected to comply with the national "Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009" and the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide managerial leadership as part of a triumvirate within the Clinical Care Group
  • Work collaboratively across the health and care system to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational priorities
  • Manage performance against local and national priorities
  • Work closely with the senior team in the Medicine Division
