Social Work Team Lead

Tripod Executive is committed to providing high-quality support and protection services to Children and Young People in Surrey. As a Social Work Team Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering this vision by leading a team of Social Workers in assessing, supporting and protecting vulnerable families.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all assessments are conducted in accordance with Surrey's policies and procedures, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting families and reducing the risk of harm to children.
The estimated salary for this position is £45,500 - £48,700 per annum, based on location and experience. Benefits include:
