Atlantic Region Food Corp is seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial management team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $120,000 per year. As a Strategic Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to your team to deliver excellent and friendly guest experiences and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Hire, train, and develop your employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Communicate job expectations clearly and regularly to your team members, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and how they contribute to the company's goals.
- Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance to identify areas for improvement and recognize outstanding achievements.
- Provide coaching and feedback to help employees grow professionally and personally, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and fairly.
You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a guest-first culture in our restaurants, ensuring all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals, and maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.

- Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner, including new product roll-outs, team training, marketing, and sampling.
- Set sales goals and track results to ensure we are meeting or exceeding targets.
- Understand and exceed guest expectations, needs, and requirements to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Display a sense of urgency when interacting with guests, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
- Seek opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, asking questions and following through on feedback to make meaningful changes.
- Resolve guest concerns by following the brand's recommended guest recovery process, ensuring every issue is addressed promptly and professionally.
