Drylining Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Dry Lining Estimator to join our team at Building Careers UK. Our client is a leading specialist interiors sub-contractor providing expertise across all aspects of dry lining, plastering, partitioning, ceilings, steel framing systems, fire protection services, and rendering.

As a Dry Lining Estimator, you will be responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates, and cost plans. You will review bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports, applying a good understanding of all components of a tender submission.

You will identify financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities, and measure quantities to produce Bills of Quantities and/or oversee their production by others. You will also oversee all received and submitted tenders.

Our client has worked alongside leading main contractors and developers, gaining an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects. Due to sustained growth and increased workload, they are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team and work on projects across the North West and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Production of tenders, budget estimates, and cost plans
• Review of bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports
• Identification of financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities
• Measurement of quantities and production of Bills of Quantities
• Overseeing all received and submitted tenders
