Experienced Senior Estimator required to join the estimating team of a reputable drylining contractor based in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in drywall and ceiling packages to take on a leadership role.

With over £30m turnover, this specialist sub-contractor works on various projects including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, and Education. The majority of these projects range between £200k - £7m in value and are located in central London and the surrounding counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To lead the estimating team in preparing detailed estimates and tenders for drylining and related services.
  2. To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience working as an estimator on drywall/ceiling packages
  • Live within a commutable distance to Brentwood, Essex
