As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for implementing the EYFS curriculum, leading planning, and maintaining accurate children's records. You will also assume deputy responsibilities and support your team in their day-to-day duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the EYFS curriculum and lead planning for the room.
• Maintain accurate children's records and assume deputy responsibilities.
• Support and mentor room staff in their day-to-day duties.
• Provide high standards of quality within the nursery, including the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children.
• Remain up-to-date with current developments in childcare and education policies and practices.

Requirements

• A minimum L3 childcare qualification and a passion to upskill further.
• Preferrable Room Leader experience and strong EYFS knowledge.
• A positive role model to our children and your team.
