About the Role

CBI Health Group is seeking a dedicated Home-based Speech Therapist to join our team. As a speech therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in the comfort of their own homes, providing personalized care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement personalized speech therapy interventions in a home-based setting
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination
  • Utilize digital health platforms to support care delivery, documentation, and communication

Requirements

  • Registered member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care and support
