About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveyor for Hazardous Materials to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hazardous materials, specifically asbestos, and be able to provide expert advice on management and mitigation strategies.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough re-inspection surveys to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.
  • Sample ACMs and ensure accurate results, maintaining detailed records of sampling data.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop effective asbestos management plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:
  • BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working as a qualified Asbestos Surveyor for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.

Estimated Salary:
£30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location
