We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team at De Lacy Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, growing new business within their territory, and providing exceptional technical advice and support.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a business development plan.
  • Building and growing relationships with key contacts, including distributors and merchants.
  • Providing technical solutions to customers, merchants, and distributors.
  • Representing the company at industry events, such as conferences.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong practical background in the arable sector, including a working knowledge of fertilisers.
  • A commercial acumen and resilience to deal with sales-related challenges.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A full UK driving license.

Salary: £50,250 per annum, plus benefits. This role offers an attractive salary and opportunities for growth within the company.
