Job Description:
Sales Operations Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Team Lead to join our team in Europe & Africa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategy, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement proactive processes and solutions to improve efficiency and efficacy within the Sales Operations team.* Own all elements of Sales activity tracking, including pipeline management and client engagement tracking.* Partner with business leadership to optimize resource allocation and measure progress against sales goals.* Create analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques for planning and communicating resource needs.* Build strong working relationships with key partners and drive successful execution of key projects.
Requirements:
* 7+ years work experience in sales operations or a related field.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Analytical thinker and structured problem solver.* Comfortable working in ambiguity with a bent towards fast execution and iteration.* Proven ability to influence change outside direct span of control or team.* Project management mindset on task execution.
