Role Overview

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in providing high-quality treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our dentists in delivering Private, NHS, and UDA treatments.
  • Ensure compliance with GDC and other regulatory responsibilities, maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies, participating in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

  • A relevant live or pending GDC registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues.
