About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our residents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 and above/Senior care experience as a minimum
