Job Title: Healthcare Associate Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and empathetic Nursing Associate to join our team, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our community healthcare services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with registered health professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Take part in regular supervisions and reflections to enhance your skills, knowledge, and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be accountable for your actions, adhering to NMC standards of proficiency and codes of conduct.
  2. Deliver quality patient care, prioritizing their needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals when necessary.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • Registration as a Nursing Associate with the NMC.
  • Educational qualifications at a minimum level 5 Foundation degree level specific to nursing associate practice.
  • GCSEs Grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Care Certificate.
