About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Marie Curie. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing holistic, person-centered end of life care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and understand the care and support needs of patients and those important to them.
  • Research and network across the system to identify the wide range of services available to patients and their families.
  • Work with other providers to improve the experience of dying, death, and bereavement.
  • Develop and evaluate care management plans alongside other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse on the NMC register (Adult).
  • Ability to demonstrate continued professional development.
  • Recent experience of working in a healthcare environment and providing care for people at the end of their lives.
  • Working with minimal supervision.
