As a Senior Designer, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive the creative direction of our projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Mentor and develop junior designers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow professionally
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, applying your skills to drive business growth and innovation

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior design role, preferably in an agency setting
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your best work, highlighting your ability to create impactful visuals and creative solutions for big brands
  • Experience in line managing and mentoring junior designers, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
