Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Medical Equipment Technician to join our team. This role involves providing technical support and maintenance services for our medical equipment throughout the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Conduct routine testing and servicing of medical equipment, ensuring it operates within specified parameters.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional manner, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize initiative and analytical skills to resolve complex equipment issues efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland, visiting hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Possess a recognized qualification in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (e.g., City & Guilds Levels 1 & 2).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Personality Traits: Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork and problem-solving.
